At CrossFit Outbreak, we understand that getting to a CrossFit Box can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. After a long day of work, it’s hard to find the motivation to get up and get to the gym. We’ve decided to create an amazing at home workout for those days where getting to a CrossFit Box seems impossible.

A Great Home Workout:

21 Strict Push-ups

42 Air Squats

15 Push-ups

30 Air Squats

9 Push-ups

18 Air Squats

 

For the air squats, place an object underneath you and have a target to reach every time, ideally, your hip crease should break below parallel.
