In a Shaker:

Thai Basil

1 oz Haig Club

0.5 oz Lemongrass-Ginger Reduction

0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake and serve double strained into a Collins glass with a Collins ice. Top with soda. Garnish with an edible orchid and straw.

 

THE HAIG CLUB™ ‘HATTAN

In a Mixing Glass:

1 oz Haig Club

0.25 oz Sweet Vermouth

0.25 oz Dry Vermouth

3 dashes of Coffee Bitters

Stir and serve strained into a coupe. Fresh grated coffee beans on top.

 

HAIG CLUBâ„¢ BOULEVARDIER

In a Mixing Glass:

1 oz Haig Club

0.5 oz Campari

0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Prosecco

Stir and serve strained into an Old Fashioned glass with a big ice cube. Spiral of orange peel.

 

HAIG CLUBâ„¢ BOBBY BURNS

In a Mixing Glass:

1 oz Haig Club

0.4 oz Sweet Vermouth

0.2 oz Benedictine

Stir and serve strained into a Coupe glass. Orange twist (discard) and a cherry in.

 

HAIG CLUBâ„¢ CHOCOLATE OLD FASHIONED

In a Mixing Glass:

2 oz Haig Club

0.33 Vanilla Syrup (1:1)

3 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
