COCKTAIL RECIPES:

Johnnie Walker Select Casks Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Johnnie Walkerâ„¢ Select Casks – Rye Cask Finish

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 sugar cube

1 orange Twist

Preparation:

  1. Place sugar cube in a rocks glass and soak with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters
  2. Using a muddler, press down the sugar cube and dissolve in the bitters
  3. Pour Johnnie Walker Select Casks – Rye Cask Finish into the glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist

Ingredients:

1 oz Johnnie Walker® Red Label® Scotch

1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

1/4 oz Ginger Liqueur

Candied Ginger for Garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. Combine Johnnie Walker® Red Label® Scotch, Lillet Blanc and Ginger Liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz Johnnie Walker® Black Label® Scotch

1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Mint Sprig For Garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. Combine Johnnie Walker® Black Label® Scotch, Yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig

Alter Ego

 

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz Johnnie Walker™ Select Casks – Rye Cask Finish

1/2 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Orange Thai Basil Syrup*

Thai Basil Leaf for Garnish

 

*Orange Thai Basil Syrup Ingredients:

16 oz Fresh Orange Juice (Strained)

16 oz Sugar

8 oz Thai Basil

 

Orange Thai Basil Preparation:

  1. Express and tear Thai Basil, combine in a pot with orange juice and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil and let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Place in an ice bath to cool and strain.

 

Preparation:

  1. Combine Johnnie Walker™ Select Casks – Rye Cask Finish, Cocchi Americano Rosa, fresh lemon juice and Orange Thai Basil Syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with Thai basil leaf.
